The Alpha Competition ignition coil kit with the adapter RTMG Performance offers the solution for the common ignition related issues found in the 1.4 TSI/TFSI EA111 engines, such as misfiring, caused by the stock coil packs. With this ignition coil kit, you upgrade your ignition system with the Alpha Competition coil packs that are taller than the stock units and thus need an adapter for proper fitting.
This ignition coil kit is tested extensively on our dragster Ibiza 1.4 TSI/TFSI EA111, up to 650 HP, and in thousands of 1.4 TSI/TFSI EA111 engines, without any ignition related issues, resolving the misfire problem even in the most demanding setups.
